By adopting a proprietary quality procedure (PQ 13), among other measures, we promote the practice of ethical and behavior principles in our operations. Integrity is at the core of our business practice, our corporate management, and the delivery of our products. With PQ 13, we run a system for risk analysis, monitoring, and integrity control of the corporate management and product delivery. We make efforts to ensure a fair and legal relationship with all stakeholders: society, the Government, clients, consultants, vendors, partners, staffs, and shareholders.
QUALITY PROCEDURE (PQ-13) GOAL
» To disseminate and enforce norms of conduct that promote the integrity of the Company's operation and the actions of each employee;
» To institute and operate in the Company a system of risk analysis, monitoring and control of the corporate management and product development integrity;
» To ensure the Company's fair and legal relationship with all stakeholders, including society, government, clients, consultants, external providers, partners, employees and shareholders;
» To comply with the requirements of the Integrity Program referred to in Decree No. 8,420 / 2015, constituting, according to this standard, "in the set of internal mechanisms and procedures for integrity, auditing and incentive to report irregularities and in the effective application of ethics and conduct, policies and guidelines aimed at detecting and remedying deviations, fraud, irregularities and illegal acts against public, national or foreign administration."
